Portable Scout JOTA Station
Members at the Nashua Area Radio Society recently built a very nice portable station for the upcoming 2026 Scout JOTA activation. The station features a modern HF Transceiver and a 500W amplifier. The JOTA station uses a multiband wire antenna and a generator for power. It is quick to set up and easy for Scouts to use. This station can also be used for Field Day and other portable operations. You can read more about how the station is put together and its performance here.
